## Dataminr’s new grad rotational program

Every year, we offer a nine-month program that allows recent graduates to spend three months on three different engineering teams. While on the teams, participants:

- Learn about our different teams and products
- Develop technical solutions for our services and pipelines
- Contribute to products that have a real impact on breaking events worldwide
- Build and ship new features for our customer
- At the end of the program, participants are matched to a permanent team
